ORIGINS

ORIGINS

Originally from the north of the French Alps, I grew up near a small family ski resort 30km from Geneva, "Sommand-Praz-de-lys". At the age of 14, I started snowboarding and it was snow videos and magazines that were a great source of inspiration for me. Not being part of a club, I learned to ride with my friends, on the slopes and then in powder, taking side hits and occasionally going to snow parks. Nowadays, exploring wild places with my splitboard and riding aesthetically pleasing lines still inspires me and motivates me to push my limits even further.

PERSPECTIVE

PERSPECTIVE

Nature is a central element in our lives. The outdoors is a way of escaping the stresses of modern life. It gives us that special feeling of freedom, peace, and harmony. A bit of a cliché but true! For me, snowboarding is a way to get out and live in the moment.

As a lover of snowsports and nature, we have a front-row seat to see the impact human beings have had on our planet over the years. Melting glaciers, plastic pollution in the ocean, deforestation...

It is important to give back much more space to nature. She who has been so generous with us...

STORY

STORY

I am never far from the mountains or a forest, a lake or an ocean. If possible in good company with friends or family, preferably with a board under my arm, or a backpack, with a smile on my face.

I didn't always spend my winters riding. I studied physiotherapy for 5 years in Brussels, Belgium, far away from my mountains. Now, thanks to the flexibility of my job as a physiotherapist, I am able to free up my time in the winter to ride for myself, compete, and when I can, teach snowboarding. I have found a certain balance in my life where snowboarding is the main thing.
