Entries of the FW “Win a rider’s setup” Prize Draw consent to the below terms and conditions:

1. 1. This competition (the “Prize Draw”) is open to anyone aged 16 or over residing within the EU, Switzerland, Japan, Canada, the UK, or the US. The Competition is organised by FW Apparel (“FW”).
2. 2. The Prize Draw will consist of 3 FW riders’ jacket & pants setups to be won, listed below:
   1. 2.1. Eric Pollard’s Setup: Manifest 3L Jacket & Pant
   2. 2.2. Tiphanie Perrotin’s Setup: Catalyst Fusion Jacket & Pant
   3. 2.3. Alek Oestreng’s Setup: Manifest 3L Jacket & Pant
3. 3. The setups to be won will be advertised in 3 separate Instagram giveaway posts on the @fwgear Instagram on Friday December 16th.
4. 4. You (the “Entrant”) may enter the Prize Draw by following the 3 steps below on one or more of the Instagram giveaway posts:
   1. 4.1. Follow @fwgear on Instagram
   2. 4.2. Like the giveaway post
   3. 4.3. Tag 2 friends in the comments of the giveaway post
5. 5. You can enter all 3 rider setup giveaways but duplicate entries on the same post will be discarded.
6. 6. You have the right to unfollow @fwgear on Instagram at any time however Entrants must be following our Instagram at the close of competition on Wednesday December 21st at 10:00AM CET.
7. 7. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
8. 8. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact info@fwapparel.com
9. 9. FW reserves the right to refuse entry, or to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
10. 10. In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. FW may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw or competition.
11. 11. FW reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or competition.
12. 12. 1 winner per post (3 winners total) will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process.
    1. 12.1. The winner of Eric Pollard’s setup will receive x1 Manifest 3L Jacket & Pant in their choice of Men’s or Women’s cut and their choice of color, subject to availability.
    2. 12.2. The winner of Tiphanie Perrotin’s setup will receive x1 Catalyst Fusion Jacket & Pant in their choice of Men’s or Women’s cut and their choice of color, subject to availability.
    3. 12.3. The winner of Alek Oestreng’s setup will receive x1 Manifest 3L Jacket & Pant/Bib in their choice of Men’s or Women’s cut and their choice of color, subject to availability
13. 13. The winner will be notified via Instagram after competition close & must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to FW within 3 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and FW will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
14. 14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. FW reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond FW’s control make it necessary to do so, such as stock availability.
15. 15. The decision of FW regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
16. 16. FW reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
17. 17. FW is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and FW’s Privacy Policy found here.
18. 18. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by FW or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
19. 19. All our prize draws and competitions will be governed by Swiss law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
20. 20. FW reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
