Entries of the FW “Win a Root 2.5L Jacket Giveaway” Prize Draw consent to the below terms and conditions:

1. This competition (the “Prize Draw”) is open to anyone aged 16 or over residing within the EU, Switzerland, Japan, Canada, the UK, Norway or the US. The Competition is organised by FW Apparel (“FW”).
2. You (the “Entrant”) may enter the Prize Draw by subscribing to the FW newsletter
3. Subscription may be achieved via:
   1. FW Website Competition Page: https://www.fwapparel.com/pages/giveaway
   2. Facebook form 
4. To qualify, the Entrant may be an existing subscriber or a new subscriber, but must have filled out one of the forms listed at 3.
5. By subscribing to the FW newsletter, you consent to receiving updates on product drops, ambassador stories, competitions and other relevant news.
6. You have the right to unsubscribe at any time however the Entrants must be subscribed to the FW Newsletter at the close of competition Monday 31 January, 10:00AM CET.
7. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
8. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact info@fwapparel.com
9. FW reserves the right to refuse entry, or to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
10. Only one entry per person is permitted.
11. In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. FW may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw or competition.
12. FW reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or competition.
13. 1 winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process.
14. The winner will receive 1 x Root 2.5L Jacket in their choice of Men’s or Women’s cut and their choice of colour, subject to availability. 
15. The winner will be notified by email the first week of February and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to FW within 3 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and FW will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
16. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. FW reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond FW’s control make it necessary to do so, such as stock availability.
17. The decision of FW regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
18. FW reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
19. FW is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and FW’s Privacy Policy which is available on our website.
20. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by FW or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
21. All our prize draws and competitions will be governed by Swiss law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
22. FW reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
